Apparel
Turn garments inside out. Machine wash cold with similar colors and mild detergent on a gentle cycle. Avoid chlorine bleach unless the blank garment label permits it.
Drying
Air drying is preferred. When machine drying, use low heat. High heat can shrink garments and shorten the life of decorated designs.
Ironing
Do not iron directly over decoration. Iron inside out on low heat with a protective cloth when necessary. Do not dry clean unless the label and decoration method permit it.
Mugs and gifts
Follow product-specific instructions. Hand washing is recommended for many decorated mugs and gifts unless the listing expressly states dishwasher or microwave compatibility.
Natural wear
Decorated products naturally change with repeated wear and washing. Proper care helps preserve color, adhesion, shape, and finish but does not prevent all normal aging.
