By visiting GrowTruth.life, placing an order, submitting a custom request, or using a website feature, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the policies linked from them.
Business identity
GrowTruth.life is operated by Healthy Intentions. Charges, receipts, correspondence, or shipping materials may identify Healthy Intentions.
Accurate information
Customers must provide accurate contact, billing, shipping, customization, sizing, and deadline information. Orders may be declined or canceled when information is incomplete, inaccurate, suspicious, unlawful, or inconsistent with these terms.
Products and pricing
Descriptions, photos, colors, sizes, availability, and prices may change. Screen colors may differ from finished products. Obvious pricing or description errors may be corrected, and affected orders may be canceled and refunded.
Made-to-order production
Most products are made to order. Production normally requires 3-5 business days before shipping, but all timeframes are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
Payment and taxes
Payment must be authorized before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. Stripe and PayPal process payments under their own terms. Applicable taxes are collected when required.
Intellectual property
Original website text, designs, graphics, branding, photographs, and other content are owned by or licensed to Healthy Intentions. Commercial copying, reproduction, modification, or resale is prohibited without written authorization.
Prohibited use
The website may not be used to infringe rights, commit fraud, distribute malicious code, interfere with operations, impersonate others, or request unlawful, hateful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or exploitative content.
Liability limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Healthy Intentions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Direct liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim, except where law prohibits that limit.
Indemnification
Customers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Healthy Intentions and its owner, workers, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, costs, and reasonable attorney fees arising from submitted content, infringement, unlawful use, inaccurate instructions, or breach of these terms.
Illinois law and disputes
Illinois law governs these terms. Before filing a claim, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute directly. Venue will be in a court with jurisdiction over Matteson, Illinois, unless consumer law requires otherwise.
Changes and severability
Policies may be updated prospectively by posting a revised effective date. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
