Production before shipment
Most made-to-order items require approximately 3-5 business days for production before shipment. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays. Custom, bulk, rush, or complex orders may require longer.
Standard U.S. shipping
Standard U.S. shipping is $8.95. Eligible merchandise orders receive free standard shipping at a merchandise subtotal of $75 or more after discounts and before tax. Oversized, wholesale, bulk, rush, and custom-production orders may require a separate quote and may not qualify.
Addresses and delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. Additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.
Carrier delays
Delivery dates are estimates. Healthy Intentions is not responsible for carrier delays, weather, service interruptions, theft after confirmed delivery, or events outside reasonable control, but will assist with reasonable carrier inquiries.
Lost or damaged shipments
Report lost, missing, or visibly damaged packages as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of the carrier event. Keep packaging and photographs. Carrier claim deadlines and decisions may apply.
