Customer submissions
Customers retain ownership of content they lawfully own. Submission does not transfer ownership, but grants the limited production license in the Custom Orders Agreement.
Infringement notices
A rights owner should send a written notice identifying the protected work, challenged material and location, contact information, good-faith statement, accuracy and authority statement, and physical or electronic signature.
Removal and repeat infringement
Healthy Intentions may remove or disable challenged material while reviewing a complaint. Repeat or intentional infringement may result in refusal of service.
No legal clearance service
Acceptance of an order does not mean Healthy Intentions independently researched or cleared the customer's rights. Customers remain responsible for authorization and compliance.
