How long does production take?
Most made-to-order items require approximately 3-5 business days before shipping. Custom, bulk, rush, or complex work may require longer.
How much is shipping?
Standard U.S. shipping is $8.95. Eligible merchandise subtotals of $75 or more after discounts and before tax receive free standard shipping. Exclusions apply.
Can I submit my own design?
Yes, but you must own it or have permission to reproduce it. Custom orders are governed by the Custom Orders and Submitted Artwork Agreement.
Will I receive a proof?
When a proof is provided, review every detail carefully. Production begins after the communicated approval and payment requirements are met.
Can custom products be returned?
Custom and made-to-order products are generally final sale once production begins. Defective or materially incorrect items should be reported within 7 calendar days after delivery.
