Made-to-order and custom products
Because products are made to order or personalized, sales are generally final once production begins. Custom, memorial, event, logo, team, school, church, business, and customer-submitted-design products are not returnable for preference changes, incorrect customer selections, or buyer's remorse.
Defective or incorrect items
Contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery if an item is materially defective, damaged before delivery, misprinted, or materially different from approved specifications. Include the order number, a description, and clear photographs.
Available remedies
After review, Healthy Intentions may repair, reprint, replace, issue store credit, or refund the affected item, depending on the circumstances and applicable law. Do not return or discard an item unless instructed.
Normal variation
Minor color variation, garment-manufacturer variation, print placement within normal production tolerances, fit preference, and differences between a screen image and physical product are not normally defects.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be made promptly. Orders cannot be canceled after artwork, materials, or production work has begun unless Healthy Intentions agrees in writing. Nonrecoverable costs may be deducted where permitted.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first so we can investigate. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be disputed using order records, approvals, delivery confirmation, and customer communications.
