Customer authority
By submitting names, photographs, logos, artwork, phrases, trademarks, school or team marks, business branding, or other content, the customer represents and warrants that they own it or have all permissions, licenses, releases, and authority needed for reproduction.
Limited production license
The customer grants Healthy Intentions a limited, nonexclusive license to copy, resize, adjust, print, press, embroider, display internally, and otherwise use submitted content only as reasonably necessary to quote, prepare, produce, document, and fulfill the order.
Prohibited submissions
Customers may not submit unlawful, infringing, counterfeit, defamatory, threatening, hateful, harassing, obscene, exploitative, fraudulent, or privacy-violating content. Healthy Intentions may decline any request.
Proof approval
Customers must carefully review names, spelling, dates, grammar, numbers, colors, quantities, sizes, garment styles, print location, and layout. Written or electronic approval, or invoice payment after proof delivery when clearly communicated, authorizes production.
Approved errors and changes
Healthy Intentions is not responsible for errors in customer-supplied files or an approved proof, except where production materially differs from the approved proof. Changes after approval may require additional fees and time.
Design work
Quotes may include design, digitizing, cleanup, setup, sample, rush, or revision charges. Payment for design services does not transfer ownership of Healthy Intentions working files, templates, methods, or original design elements unless expressly agreed in writing.
Production tolerances
Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless a written color-matching service is accepted. Garments and blanks may vary by manufacturer or batch. Placement, dimensions, and colors may vary slightly.
Deadlines
Needed-by dates must be disclosed before payment. A requested date is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing. Customer delays in responses, approvals, payments, or file delivery may extend the schedule.
Indemnification
The customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Healthy Intentions from claims, damages, expenses, and reasonable attorney fees arising from submitted content, lack of permission, infringement, privacy or publicity violations, or customer instructions.
Portfolio use
Private photographs, memorial details, children's information, and confidential business materials will not be used for marketing without permission. Other custom work will be used in a portfolio only with permission or when the customer has publicly shared it in a manner reasonably permitting resharing.
